I remember the first time this song aired on the radio, the radio dj said " such a nice song". He's correct and it's just a phenomenal tune, still listening in 2024.

I love that he didn't simp out and remove the higher notes from the acoustic version. So many bands do that. The goo goo dolls did an acoustic version of 'Iris' where the chorus should be an A4 they did it a full octave down (Which is basically the verse) ..Or Foo Fighters' Everlong same deal. Then again, you might wind up with a 'Puddle Of Mudd' 'About a Girl' fiasco..

Damn his voice sounds so good. Pretty damn close to the studio version. This is one of the songs growing up in the 90s that stuck with me, some of these are so close to my heart simply because it reminds me of my childhood.

Are you kidding??? It sounds like TRASH lmfao WHAT??? like the album?! You might wanna listen to the album again... doesn't sound ANYTHING like this. They use SO much FX in the album track. Which is okay but it's just a fact Also what you're hearing here is HARMONIZING... And it still sounds flat Actually this makes me feel like I could have been a singer.... I can ALMOST sing this good (minus the falsetto highs). It's amazing what auto tune cab do

Tears in my eyes. Incredible song thats super meaningful to me. I remember being 11 and recording it on my tape on the radio crying my eyes out. Rough times. Much better now but this songs takes me right back and I’m sure that kid would be super happy where he is now.

Reminds of my friends when we used to have half a day of school after watching a movie we all went to this park bought each other food just sat there eating enjoying the day at the same time I met this girl she was beautiful I wish I could go back in time to ask her out and we would be doing thay again now they changed moved on had a family where me I stayed the same one last time I would give anything to see her again
