Followed this ice racing for many years, just love that these racers haven't the slightest trouble with getting on such a unforgiving surface, when all over the world, three rain drops fall on a tarmac and all motorcyclists act like the games over. Keep pushing these out my friend, maybe the rest of the sanctioned events will gain some popularity else where. Thanks my brother. This is very cool.

@@barrymantz6026 never professed to be anything more than a close observer, when years ago when family and I went to watch flat track bikes zip around on clay and earth surfaces that I could hardly stand on. That delicate balance must be had, or its down for the count on Saturday Night.

try riding on slicks in the wet you fall, yes you must adjust your riding with regards to the weather but rain and slicks do not work, its like riding on ice without spikes lol.

Cool to watch,no passing but, balls of steel . They can get a lot of grip with them spikes . Sucks if you get run over tho. BLOOD all over the ice .

Number 911 had a pretty bad motorcycle. He had some problem keeping the front wheel from skying, on the short straightway. This would probably be fun, just to ride by yourself. Talking about laying it way over and taking those curves. I don't think I would want to race. I can imagine getting hit, or ran over by those studded, might as well say, spiked tires.

Don't know how this sport has changed over the years if it has? I remember lots of riders running many laps with their long spikey tires slashing and slicing up legs when they mixed it up fighting for position. A lot different than this 2 lap heat. This is kinda......... meh

The right footpeg is very low and the bikes can barely lean right at all. Made for left turns only. Ice is very weird to ride on, unbelievable traction: Speedway on dirt is all about slipping the rear wheel and that is not usually possible on ice.

Kinda dull. No passing and the holeshot wins. I'll stick to MX bikes on a frozen lake with studded tires. Far more passing, the tires can be pushed to slide.Far more exciting.
