Best bang for the buck drone on the market today. If like me you fly in open countryside making videos for KZfaq this really is all the drone you need. Solid fast and reliable, lots of features and great quality video. User friendly controller too.

This was a nice area to test fly a drone ...The Fimi is a nice little drone for the price with alot of features that we all wish was made on the DJI Mini 2.....Know matter what DJI Mini 2 still out beats it....And now since the DJI Mini 3 has been out for a good while now....I don't see know 249g drone out beating them on the market...Sorry Autel Now off to watch Tania:) Great Video!!! SAR is an interesting feature that should be on all drones. I would think that with the new R.I.D. requirements, it may actually be feasible.

Hey Barkley, yes the Fimi drone does have some innovative features. They do say that this drone is RID compliant.

Hi there. I noticed with the Litchi app. It has GPS cordiness, it can be used as a SAR ability. It can also take photos and video along with it. Hope that helps some.👍😀

Hi Marcus, thank you for the video. The X8 SE 2022 uses the main camera for precision landing. On a RTH don't move any sticks, let the drone find the landing pad, the main camera will automatically look down for the landing pad. The camera will then automatically lift up at the instant of landing. A round pad also helps precision landing. The $299 Fimi TX10 smart controller is a nice addition to the X8 SE 2022, it has all the features of the DJI RC Pro at 1/4 the cost.

Nice that you can fly like that in your state parks. Cannot do that in Wisconsin. Good open place you picked for experimentation, but pretty bland. Anyway, I enjoyed it. Take care and Cheers to you both.

You had the speed limit set to 6 m/s in normal mode. That´s why the drone didn´t go faster. It was clearly visible in the video when you went through the settings at 06:39 and again at 06:54

Thank you Cliff, however I did get the drone up to 19 m/s so in my experience flying this drone, those limits are not valid.
