The reason why akuma didn't move is that he knew that kazuya is very good counteroffensive character so he just waited for mistakes. TMM saw that and made a lot of ki-charges. Both players tried to outplay each other but the fact is that akuma is too strong as a character.

The game is too laggy for both players and it's too obvious.
