When livestock is slaughtered for consumption, they try not to cause by stress to the animals because it makes the meat tough. I guess they don't care about that for humans

Loved how the actors took their roles so seriously even though it's a b-movie. Although at the very end they kinda weren't phased by the fact that their buddy did that to save them. Very little emotion.

Captain Phillip had seen and been through to much, he brain was to far gone for him to live a normal life. His sacrifice was need as his blood was prison to the insects to be sure they all died at once.

This was a really decent movie, kind of reminded me of the "V" series where the aliens were reptiles and they were fought by a group of citizen soldiers.

my guess is they exhausted their natural resources and that's why they left their homeworld, which is either the Horsehead Nebula or the Cat's Eye Nebula, depending on which name out of the two Philips got right lmao

I think it wasn't so much about the need for humans, but She'd said they needed a chemical that humans have in their bodies. So perhaps they once had access to that same chemical prior to being on the moon?

It was an interesting movie plot even though it's been done before. The character dialogue had a good spin while the actors kept me engaged due to their skills. IMO, it didn't have action enough for this sort of movie, yet it still worked well.
