Isn’t it like the longest one in the series. Most others are normally quick like a beheading, rapidly stabbed with objects, or so quick nobody has really had time to react or prevent.

However it was kind of confusing that these two girls would be buried next to each other cuz you know the odds their families would choose spots right next to each other just cuz they were besties that's the same type of logic that you'd often see in the Golden girls like somehow for instance Dorothy who grew up in Brooklyn was somehow able to host her High School reunion in Miami in the home she rents part of

Fun Fact: The hot blonde who dies in the tanning bed was played by the same actress who played the little blonde girl on the tricycle who is killed by Pennywise in the beginning of the 1990 miniseries of Stephen King's IT.

This one was always my favorite. Also the one that stopped me from going on roller coasters all of these years. To this day, i dont drive behind trucks with poles on them. This series is very good at changing the way you looked at things 😭😭🤣

There's a directors cut video of this movie where at the fair after McKinley dies and points to Kimberly's face the camera moves to Kimberly's camera and it automatically turns itself on and takes a picture of them

From what I read, AJ Cook and Michael Landes (the survivors from the second film) were supposed to be in the ending during the subway scene, but a scheduling conflict kept that from happening. A newspaper clipping was going to be shown blowing in the subway that detailed the two were pulled into a wood chipper, but that was cut as well. Don’t forget, the first two were set in NY and the ending was also in NY. There are two more in this series. FD 4 is the worst. Everyone hates that over all the others. FD 5 gets back on track. Very enjoyable. FD 6 is set to rewrite the traditional formula, focus on first responders and the coroner’s past history.

Explaining the coroner's history? Ah, good, I see Hollywood is going to ruin another franchise by having to over-explain details and squeeze every last drop out of a fan favorite character. The coroner is cool _because_ no one knows his deal for certain. This is going to be midichlorians all over again! 😡

@@mindyg7064 The script isn't finalized, AFAIK. It remains speculation from rumors about the story. Anything can change by the time the new movie comes out. Some other sources say it will focus on a cruise ship as well. We don't know for sure.

For years this movie made me paranoid that the restraint bar on roller coasters was gonna pop up, so I would always keep a death grip holding on, just in case 😂

I got to see this in theaters unexpectedly. My mom made me go with my sister not knowing her “friend” was a date. On our way there we hit a poll. Because it was snowing and slippery. Ironically felt like my final destination moment looking back. We were fine but I was 8 years old watching this. 😅idk how they let me in with my sister being 16 😂

There is so much wrong with this scenario: the 16yo daughter being allowed to go on a date practically alone for a start. Like forcing her to take her 8yo sibling along was going to stop any horny teenager shenanigans! And then there's the issue with an 8yo being taken in to see this movie. Letting a 16yo drive in such bad weather is also concerning. Your parents should have driven your sister and her date to the cinema themselves, sat in the back of the theater and left you at home with the other parent.

As someone might have mentioned, the survivors from the last film, the girl and the cop, were pulled into a wood chipper and that's how death finally got them. It just makes me erk, thinking about like, the reality of that, how absolutely mind-blowingly horrifying it would be to witness someone accidentally getting pulled into a wood chipper. Or like hyper imagining what it would be like if you yourself got sucked into a wood chipper. Erh.. Its one thing to like, watch someone take their last breath in the hospital, or watch someone drown, or even watch someone have a health episode, like heart attack/stroke/seizure and die. There is something that just makes seeing someone die in a freak accident so much different than all that. I saw a video of an Asian guy getting sucked under an industrial conveyor belt, and another more infamous video of a guy getting his shirt sleeve stuck in a lathe, which is an industrial metal-working machine that has a horizontal spinning bar - after which his whole body gets pulled into the machine and whipped around that bar over and over like he's a piece of goddamn taffy until his limbs start flying off. That video in particular will probably haunt me for the rest of my life.

Fun fact: Apparently there was an outtake during the engine death where the fan's list spin flew off and almost hit one of the film crew. Also the cast filmed the rollercoaster scene on an amusement park's rollercoaster and did so many takes they had to get towels for the actors to sit on.

Fun fact: this movie had a very unique "choose your own adventure" movie mode where specific moments like the coin flip right before getting on the roller coaster were moments you could influanc with your own choice. I think this was done to help repourpose some of the alternate ending ideas so they were not left on the cutting room floor

Lol nice guesses, but nah. Northern Americans (at least those in the Midwest where I'm from) say "pop." Southerners say "soda." Same with "y'all," which is totally Southern, whereas "you guys" is Northern. I don't think I've heard ANY American say "pocketbook" tho lol. It's purse all the way.

TRUE STORY: A local amusement park bought a roller coaster that made headlines when riders died on it years back in Mexico. They asked fans to give it a new name. My smartazz daughter entered "Final Destination" as the new name. She got a reply saying "You're not funny, young lady." I was scared their reply would hurt her feelings, but it actually made her beam with pride. Her response: "At least they got my joke." 😂😂😂 - It finally opened this year. We rode it 6 times yesterday. For those wondering, it was called Quimera when the accident occurred

Part 3 had some of the coolest features on DVD they have a segment called 'Choose their Fate' where you can make a choice that will alter scenes slightly like choose to have Kevin honk his horn again and Frankie turns around and they recognize and save him, but karma still hits him as he is sent to prison in the following scene after that as well as alternates to Lewis and Ashley and Ashlyn's death scenes. And I won't spoil it, but there is also an easter egg in the bonus features that tells you why Officer Burke and Kimberly are not in this film. Great reactions you guys.

Saw this with friends in theater when it first came out and it was indeed a BLAST. It was at the height of the franchise and given there were only 2 at the time, no one really knew what to expect. I wouldn't say this is the best one in the franchise but for me it's the funniest to watch and a great entry all around. I always thought the photo gimmick was a fun twist on the formula and added to the suspense of trying to figure out what was going to happen.

I was 14 when I saw this movie in theaters and I couldn’t see it without an adult. So I took my grandma to see it with me and she had the same reactions as you guys. She hates horror movies and stuff with gore I thought she was going to walk out the theater but she stayed. Ever since then when we go to the movies she’s like “it better not be a horror film” 😂

in the OG ending of this movie ian is crushed by the sign and the 3 then walk off and it fades to black and credits rolled, but test screen audiences hated it so they added the alt ending where everyone dies on the train.

I know a lot of critics bashed the third movie by saying its the same thing from 2,3 but just more gory deaths. But there was one moment of FD3 that really struck out to me. Most of the FD movies, Death was maleficent force, object, ghost an animal... a thing. BUT... in FD3 Death became a *PERSON*... AKA.. Mckinley (The goth guy) who was so upset that he dismissed the girls warning resulting in the death of HIS girlfriend. He even said it at the end. ."Whoa Whoa Whoa(smiling maniacally)..... DO **I** CAUSE your death??" - that was the scariest thing,

I loved the FD franchise when it came out, I was so hyped for this and I watched it religiously to the point my mum took it off me and banned from watching or going to our local theme park for months because I was having nightmares every night about the Pepsi max big one crashing (UKs most famous rollercoaster) 😂😂 jeez how I miss good movies!

One of these i had on dvd as a child "pretty sure it was this one" and they had a interactive death version. The guy smashed by the sign toward the end you could say save or kill or something like that and it was different depending on what you chose. I thought it was the coolest thing back then.

Thanks for an entertaining afternoon Sunday July 7th 2024. I got the post 4th of July blues, my family went back to their homes and just me and my dog here feeling lonely for Grandkids especially my dog who loves kids. But I watch your reactions to the first three Final Destination movies. It takes me back to the first time watching these movies. The first time is the best and every death gets more over the top almost ridiculous. But these movies get addicting. They try to top the last movie. I'm always down for this franchise. Thanks again for day I thought was gonna be boring to a day of fun with your take on these messed up movies. LOL.

you really do have to suspend a sense of disbelief when watching these 5 movies. the deaths can be ridiculous, but also somewhat believable. I personally like these kinds of movies, ones that are somewhat obviously made up. it is the true crime stories that really freak me out. BTW expect to see a new cast for each movie. the fifth one was obviously made for 3D.

There are 5 movies and they are working on the 6th one now. The poor actors in this one got hit by so much strawberry and bannana juice and bits that they couldn't look at anything with that flavor for a while because that is what was used for the fake blood and bits that hit their faces a lot of the time in this movie. The tanning bed scene always gets me but the fact that they are listening to Rollercoster of Love is kinda funny considering what started all of this. This movie makes me not want to ride Rollercosters even more than before. Grate reaction as always guys and yet again the main characters fall to Death's Design because there is no escaping death no matter how much you may try. Still have no idea who or what is sending the visions of what is to come but it is interesting none the less. I do like that the way to know how someone will die is in the pictures this time and Tony Todd does the voice of the devil that represets the ride haha. Personally I didn't like the last two movues that much though the way that they are meant to die in both movies at the beginning is done well. I would be curious what you both think about them.
