Generally, a late unit tends to receive buffs, to ensure that they won't drown in the massive sea of units. Poppy, despite having an incredible high initial reception, has received no such buffs - as if it she were kept at this level on purpose.

I saw her abilities at *6 and hell even those are good. I didn't have a wind imbuer and she has 3. Like damn that's nice, plus killers

I love units that can imbue the whole party with a given element and she has 3. While I have AoE imbues of all of her elements though, her having multiple does help me being lazy and I like things that help me be as lazy as possible.

Been waiting for poppy and after way too many tickets with no poppy. I had to use my 10k lapis to pity get her...it hurt a lot. But i love poppy so i forgive her. Thankfully had an omni prism...the pain was mitigated due to getting 6 NVs in the process of trying to get her (no Behemy tho) so overall I'm pretty happy with the results. I loved using Poppy in JP and i had a lot of use for her in specific trials and content. I wished to get the same exact use in Global but she came to the point where she feels (kinda) redundant. I think it helps that her kit is helpful for players at any stage. And she's flexible to be used in general content if you really want to. I really wish she got global buffs, especially with her cooldowns. Honestly i really think they should have given her an NVA but i feel that since they just kinda threw her out to us as she was...she may get an NV version in JP. But that's just getting my hopes up. Regardless poppy completely wiped my lapis and tickets, so probably won't be able to roll that ff7 remake banner when it comes to Global.

Before I watch this video: I read the title and said to myself. Isn’t she basically just like Relm? Of course she’s going to be top tier even without NV. Relm was the prototype Poppy was the finished product. Can’t wait to watch the video now and see how I’m wrong. Lol

Hello I'm a new player, i'm one pull away from the free one in cobalt noctis banner, i already have him i'd like to make him ex1. Should i try my luck or just buy the 5k bundle to get the one transcension pearl and 1000 trust coin? I already have 50 frags for noctis.

If you already have 50 of Noctis's Fragments, then that just means you need a Transcension Pearl to unlock his Brave Shift. While you can get another Transcension Pearl by converting a Neo Vision unit, as a new player I doubt you have the leeway to do so. Personally, I'd get the bundle if you want to unlock his Brave Shift.
