Would have agreed until recently. FFXVI is easily a top 3 Final Fantasy game of all time for me. And Shadowbringers in 14 is also insanely good, arguably better than any of the old FF games.

@@ahamilton1189 in my oppinion yes the Sephirot battle Musik is cool too but the Villian it self was to boring for me because of his backstory and everything. He is just Evil because he is the Villian thats it There weren't any major reasons why he wanted to destroy the world, just because he's evil and it had to be. (that, doesn't mean FF7, is crap for me it was the 3rd best FF game i ever played next to FF12) BUT Kuja's backstory Is much bigger and better written and just as Zidane himself said at the end, if he had been Kuja everyone would have acted the way he did. Kuja's whole character has more depth than Sephiroth and therefore he is also a much better and more interesting villain. Thats because i think Kuja is the best Villian of all Final Fantasy you as a player hate him all the time when you play the game but and the Ending when there came the final fight and Kuja dies then you even as the player feel so sorry for him, when i play this game first time to the end i feel sorry for Kuja, especially when Zidane and Kuja were talking mean yeah he was the enemy but when you look back on his background and how he was exploited and enslaved by Garland without a real soul then you really feel sorry for him because Kuja wasn't evil because he wanted to destroy everything or revenge or something like that like Sephiroth. No, he just wanted to be someone special who is not like the other genomes and in the end when he sacrificed himself and saved the troupe, he did it too, in the end it wasn't Zidane the hero but Kuja, it was always Kuja in the game and that makes him a special Villian. Oh and the last Level the way to Sephiroth SUCKS the last Level of Final Fantasy 7 was such a bullshit 😂 Come one man a long way to Sephiroth and you had only one Savepoint and on this way you had to be Lucky not fight against a special Monster wich i dont know the name but this Monster can Kill your whole group at once and you need to go this fucking long track to Sephiroth again? The auto abilities made the game boss fights easier, especially if you were slower in selecting your next moves or didn't know the attack patterns.

actually the reason was to make the battle last little bit longer lol, you see how freya did 5000k+ damage to kuja, and Vivi around 9000+ in a single flare, too bad the meteor and comet miss. Zidane ewould easily do 6000+ damage per attack.
