the bombing mission. THIS mission is the best introduction to any game ive played. everything from the graphics to the music from the sheer scope in FF7 remake is just amazing

@Gru122 the dialogue was embarrassingly bad on par with shenmue it had very good combat but it's not worth to play because to get to the good combat there is just wave after wave of bad story and tedious platforming

@Carl Horn that's not at all what I wanted from the game I'm happy they ditched tbc but the story and voice acting and the amount of downtime the game has ruined it for me

This is also my thought when hearing this music, my first reaction is that the sound quality is very detailed! It’s better than all the music in KZfaq I’ve heard before. Of course, the performer’s performance is impeccable.

Idk I think the tears come from remembering a time better than now, and this music is like a way of representing that good time modernized. But we all know that things have changed, and then the tears come, knowing we won’t have that prosperity we once had.

Seriously this is as close to perfection as you can get with an orchestral arrangement & performance. A lot of covers of Nobuo's music are well performed but just take too much creative license in the arrangement department. This one takes just the right amount of creative license by using the perfect instrument for each note.. SUCH a masterpiece. Bravissimo!!!

I'll never forget the first time I heard this track in the original game. Midgar was breathtaking at the time and even more so now in the Remake.

I'm super biased, but I'd argue the entire opening experience of FF7 (the prelude/credits, the new game screen, the opening cinematic and this composition in particular) is one of the high-water marks in gaming. Such an incredibly tight and well executed intro to the game, especially for its time.

I was there when these guys played. Absolute gods. But I have to say it is a completely different experience to being in the audience. I highly recommend attending the next time they're touring. I know I will!

The official FFVIIR Orchestra was cancelled due to Covid-19, but I am thoroughly pleased I get to see a live performance on KZfaq. The game has one impact, but done live has its own many special features.

Here I am attempting to play this on my keyboard, so I decided to search KZfaq for an orchestra, to see how a professional pianist plays that bassline. I've never gotten so many chills through a phone speaker. When those strings all come in together wooooooooooooooo. Can't wait to listen on a proper stereo.
