TIME STAMPS 00:00 INTRO 01:09 TEAM AND MATERIA SET UP 14:43 THE STRATEGY ON BEATING THE RULERS OF THE OUTER WORLDS

Finally beat this. Only took me over a month. I wasn’t trying every day, but often enough. When I finally beat Sephiroth, I managed one casting of Regen with Tifa before she was paralyzed, cast ATB Ward on Yuffie while still controlling Tifa, didn’t even care where she was, knew I could run her back to it. When I switched to Yuffie, she was still right next to the Ward, and so was Sephiroth. Thankfully, she’d managed to build up 2 ATB on her own. Cast Haste, use ATB Boost, cast Barrier, which I actually never needed, and went into my Brumal Form spam. Aerith got her ATB, and I had her cast Firaga, just to get a spell off. Kept spamming Brumal Form, had Aerith use Arcane Ward on herself, then almost immediately after had her double cast Firaga. He never managed to tag Yuffie, she’s the goddess of evasion. Took him down to his elemental phase, unfortunately right as Aerith was in her casting animation, so he got some health back, but then Tifa finally got back in the fight. Switched Aerith to Blizzaga, Tifa started using her kung fu powers, and we Staggered him. Aerith switched back to Firaga with his elemental absorb down. Had Tifa use True Strike. And Yuffie’s Limit Break had charged. Finished him with it. Even managed to have Yuffie Assess him during that, so I have every single enemy in the game Assessed, and can dump that Materia until part 3. Thanks for the guide, it helped immensely.

Well, I haven’t beaten Virtual Sephiroth yet, but this strategy is letting me breeze through the Summons. Guess I just need to keep practicing. I definitely underestimated the ATB Ward ability. Kept thinking of it as something to cast on Aerith herself, not her teammates who will build ATB faster.

Sephiroth kept killing me before i got my manawall off lmao, but i finally got him. Good stuff man!
