Final Fantasy XIV Quick solo anima light farming

There are 2 ways to farm for Density Collection for you anima relic weapon.first you can run A1 Savage AKA fist of the father savage .
The 2nd way is really simple and it does not require you to be in a party,just run any of the lv 50 dungeon unsync and thats about it.
with this method it will take you about 9 hours in total to fully complete your relic.
With that being said i hope you have the patience, it will be well wort it in the end of the day trust me.

In 2020 it takes exactly 5 brayflocks runs to fill one runes. So 50 runs. At 3:45 a rune and loading screens make it 5 mins per run. 250 minutes if you hit it as hard as you can. I did it in 5 10 run sessions to keep me from going insane.

Not only did this comment prove 100% true for me, but it also proved true where the console wiki page proved false. I ended up with well over 2000 light according to numbers listed there before I finished the density farm. EDIT: Incidentally, I did this on dragoon and was averaging 3:30 to 3:25 per run in i520 Cryptlurker gear with the anima weapon equipped.

Thanks for this! Started off doing Amdapor Keep on my Warrior with runs at 6 minutes flat. Started Brayflox and managed clears in and around 4min45s. I attempted Haukke Manor hard as well but that took a bit longer because of keys (around 5:45) but has the added benefit of possibly picking up a few Manor Varnishes for various housing crafts (if one makes that kind of stuff)

I just completed this step of the Anima weapon. Was a tad slower as I am WHM but can confirm it is between 45-50 Hard mode ARR dungeons. If you set a goal to do it in small chunks (5 a day, 10 a day etc) it's not too unbearable. Personally I prefer Haukke Manor Hard as I don't like the boss becoming untargetable in Brayflox Hard. Brayflox and Haukke took about the same amount of time (just over 4 minutes) but Haukke to me had a better flow. If you get the bonus' it makes it slightly less unbearable. I did it in 46 dungeons as I only got the bonus 4 times. Just keep at it and you'll be rewarded with a cool relic weapon :)

I can't wait to get that shiny blue whm staff after gathering light. I'm trying really hard to just pace myself and just do it casually. If I try to grind it out I'm gonna drive myself crazy! I'm not gonna go for the final form. I just don't like that goldish green color.

Finished my DRK relic btw its very tedious running the same dungeon, but got it done within 3 hours. You can solo most of the Realm Reborn Primals aswell to do the last phase of relic not sure about healers tho

I wouldn't exactly say its a quick method, but it sure is an easy one. I mean it's about 50 runs of Brayflox Longstop for all the Glyphs so its still gonna take a couple hours.

Does i need to beat those dungs whith relic weapon equipt or in chest? Or put on before exit?

You only nid to have your relic equip to kill the final boss to get the light points. so until then you could use a different weapon till you reach the end of the dungeon.

I'm a new player and haven't made the msq to Stormblood so far, because i'm waiting for my friend there. Currently level 69 with my Drk and i really tried to do those level 50 ARR dungeons, but sometimes it's either really hard, and/ or does take me about 22minutes per run. :( I think the best way to get the Light is A1 then, if i'm not mistaken? Also i have no clue how i could get level 70 gear, besides the market :( Thats a really odd situation i'm in right now

Ya you could run A1, but if you want to farm light solo then doing the ARR dungeons unsync is the fastest way. it can be done under 5 min or less.

Ya but on the bright side you can sell the mats from the chest for some decent gil. but that depends on which server your on.

I'm new to the game having started on 3/19, and just reached this point today. So if I'm understanding correctly farming this Hard Mode specifically will yield the best time/reward for the needed light? Thanks for the video.

yes this is the quickest if you want to solo farm the light. A alternative way you can run A1 Savage AKA (fist of the father savage) if you want to farm light with other people/friends.

@@ravensleet45 You are correct, and I thank you for the video. I farmed up all my light yesterday thanks to it. It took me just over 9 hours to complete it. I finished my weapon about an hour ago.

ya i was using my current strongest spear for the trash mobs. then switch to my anima spear for the last boss.

you can use any weapon to kill the mobs. but you nid your relic when you kill the final boss for the light.

from what i experience it usually take 10 and above runs to get 1 light filed.

Ok ty for info im on my last light now. Plus hit a bonus hour on the way up. So that helped tremendously. And 5 minutes a run is so awesome lol

@@gregsupaki i got 4 to 5 times. I just clear it yesterday. That was hell of grinding. At least it done in 4 minutes so i have nothing to complained about. 😁

the best way i mean is A9S 4 ppl 2:28 min 2 runs 1 Full symbol or 5 ppl 1:40 -2:00min per run

Yes A9s is faster with 4 ppl but if you wanted to do it solo and get some company seals at the same time, then this method is up your alley

You only nid the the anima for the last boss. so you can use a different weapon until then.

It's super fast, the bosses are pretty condensed near the end, not many force stop points etc.

E K late but yes, it is. It goes even faster if you pay attention to the messages. If your anima is made sturdy instead of robust, you are getting twice the amount for each run of that dungeon. The dungeon with the bonus changes every two hours but you won’t know which it is until you find it this way. Using this method I ground out my aetheric density step in about four hours with breaks to dump stuff for grand company seals.
