Garuda-the Warden of the Wind-is an Eikon that takes the form of a fearsome harpy, summoning violent storms and tearing into the flesh of its prey with hawk-like talons.
Clive Rosfield encountered Garuda at the Eye of the Tempest, a raging, massive tornado summoned by the Dominant of Wind, Benedikta Harman, who had descended into madness and lost control over the powers of her Eikon following her defeat at Caer Norvent and the attack on her Royal Intelligencers by bandits.
At the Eye of the Tempest, Garuda and Ifrit, the second Eikon of Fire, clashed, where only one would emerge victorious.
