while I take a short break, let's play some games.
Pierwolf's final fight gold is my top 5 favorite openbor game. Although the difficulty level is less balanced, it can still be completed without using continue.
I think with a few animation updates like running and slightly faster movement this game would still be fun to play.
ff gold has all the complete players from ff1 to ff3 to choose and This makes replay value worthwhile to play over and over again.
I'm not talking about street fighter characters here because I don't like the idea of combining multiple game characters into one.
This game is also one of my inspirations in making Street fighter 89 in 2018.

This was the OpenBOR game that I played the most; I finished the arcade mode and boss rush using all characters. I like the idea of mixing Street Fighter characters because the two games are related; FF world is part of SF. Also, the graphics of the sprites are the same. I hate seeing games using different sprite styles; it doesn't suit. Pierwolf made history, and his work inspired a lot of developers. It's a pity that he stopped creating games. He has a strong name; when we think about OpenBOR, we automatically remember him and his project. If he comes back and decides to make a commercial game using OpenBOR or any other engine, I'm sure it'll be successful.

@@MachokRomeo yes, he is gone. We tried to talk with him but he was very upset and lost motivation to work with it anymore

@@brazilmugenteam that's really sad to hear Doug. I still plan on recording and uploading this game on my channel with my bros so Pierwolf is still gonna get some recognition despite his retirement. Sucks that people pushed him to that point though. Glad we still have guys like you Zvitor and of course my man Romeo.
