And though they won a record nine medals in Rio, Aly reveals they still have an unmet goal: They want to appear on “Saturday Night Live.” They also hope Hoda can get them meet-and-greets with singers Carrie Underwood and Tori Kelly.

It's amazing what a little makeup can do. Gabby goes from girl-next-door to world-class beauty in less than 5 minutes with just a touch of makeup, emphasizing her mouth. That lip-color is gorgeous, perfect - she should make it her signature shade.

They work sooo hard for years and their glory years are so short lived. It is a brutal sport with a very short window to be in the spotlight. Just look at the rest of the Fierce Five from 2012. We don't hear pretty much anything from them except that McKayla Maroney has somewhat slutty pics now on Instagram haha.

Personally, I wanted to know why the Final Five gymnasts wanted to be on "Saturday Night Live"? I mean like what are they going to be doing on a very adult late night comedy program? I think it would be very cringeworthy to see the athletes trying out a little bit of acting in the "SNL" sketches.

She's been through this before (Gabby, too!). They both know that this Today shoot was part of their last hurrah (the post-Olympic publicity tour is short) and if there is a time to make requests, that was it. 2 weeks after the Olympics is over, their normal lives begin again and most of the people who were cheering in Rio and begging for a selfie with them will have forgotten their names.
