I was literally waiting for last 10min of the video for you to realize that he did not open 6x and instead he opened 3x 😂 Which makes a big difference and I believe in that case you would get it in no doubt. P.s. this is the second time you misread the open size to double you need a day off ben 😁

Couldn't chip leader just be putting ICM pressure on mid stack? You had 6.5 BB with AQs. Chip leader 30 BB. Mid stack 15 BB. What is Chip leader doing with AJ/AT or 99/77 here? Furthermore, you're lowest stack by far so you can't wait out anyone else unless they gamble. 1:22:24. And it's not like you're maintaining fold equity by folding. Don't understand how it's marginal. Amazing vid as always!

ben you say several times that he is opening 6 big blinds but he is opening 3 BBs and almost nobody snap opens 3bbs in that spot with a monster, they think at least 1 or 2 seconds about it and usually make it smaller then I also think you should have called We will never know tho GG!

It was just a misspelling. I also analyzed the hand according to a 3x opening range. As you can see, very close.

I have nowhere near the poker mind that you have, but I feel like that AQ has to be a call. You are table short stack with 7bb and the 3x opener has shown that’s he’s a bit of a button clicker. It’s such a good spot for the chip leader to steal with any blocker like K4 or A5 or a number of other hands you have crushed. I think you’re going to find yourself a 70% favorite more often than not when you call there and with that dead money already in the pot it’s a huge opportunity for you. I understand your ICM caution, glad you reviewed it at the end, I was honestly a bit surprised to see it that close.

Hey man, love your videos, but want to ask about that AQ vs KK hand where you just know you're getting milked by KK or AA with the 1/3 pot bets down to the river. This happens to me so much in 3b/4b pots, and I wonder if we can ever just exploitatively fold the turn here? I thought about it so many times, and clearly any model we run won't tell us we can, but seriously what percentage of the time do you get to the river in that spot and see a bluff? It has to be less than 15%, in which case I think just fold turn and don't even care about it / worry about being exploited... Move on... Would really appreciate your thoughts on this if you have the time to respond. Thanks a million for the great content :)

we can never fold here, price is too good and you will often enough see bluffs and some weaker hands.

Hey Ben, do we really have to consider ICM that much? I mean, we are the shortstack with a great hand agianst CL. If you call the BTN is going to call only with top hands. My doubt is: "Being the very short stack, why ICM impacts our decision on that situation?"

Know what you mean but a shove over a 3bb raise is pretty strong.. Especially when its for over half his stack with 4 players left.. Usually 10s + or AK. But I'm no expert

Makes no sense at all. And anyone backing his decision stop kissing ass. 3x his stack clearly isnt going to call with ICM in mind unless a huge hand. AQs with bb pressure which clearly caught you is always a call with how wide chip leader is pressure shoving being so far ahead chips wise

Yes, when we are shorter we can take more marginal spots also because we relatively risk less. If you have to risk 100bb to win 0.1bb it is not worth it. But if you have 5bb, it is.

Hey Ben in der AQs Hand öffnete er 3x nicht 6x , ich hoffe du hast das wirklich nur übersehen -bb war 40 k und er öffnete 120 k :) fals das deine Entscheidung erleichtern würde

Ja das habe ich am Ende mitbekommen, ändert trotzdem nix an dem Result da ich die HRC Analayse ja an Hand eines 3x openraises analysiert habe.
