I think we need a people CM not a inner CM with a communueal mind set. 1. State govt. Need to look after the functions of all govt. high schools n higher secondary which is under govt. ( Any schools n colleges both valley n hills must be monitor including teachers) 2. Recruitment of any job must be filter 3. Corruption n bribery should be stop ( Biggest problem in Manipur is all about education n jobs, nothing to shout loud or too sentimental, as sir hejang said find out the root cause, everything will b ok automatically)
