All the towns up north have been blessed with lots of great mosques hence you have these great events. However we in the south in a small town on the outskirts of London dont get these type of gatherings. So my humble request is that if you can not forget us in this journey & try to sacrifice your time to bless us with your company. To travel a long journey to do work on the deen is rewarded in abundance.. jazakALLAH

There has been plenty in high wycombe. 20-40 mins max from London. Imam Mohammed Asim Ali also is at the Walthamstow masjid a lot. St Anne’s dargah sheikh hisham part of Sufi haqqani tariqah is there a lot too. There is a lot going on you just have to source it

Most engaging? More like engaging towards jahilliyah. People in the background don't even know what the words mean but nod their heads like there is no tomorrow. Where is the wisdom in this?? Also please tell me where + how gatherings used to take place in Bareilly when Imam Ahmed Rida may Allah be pleased with him was around. Definitely not like how we see today and then you wonder why so many born sunnis leave for Najdi Salafiyyah later on.

Astaghfirrullah... This is biddah. All biddahs are misguidance and all misguidance leads to the Fire. The Sahabah never celebrated the birthday of the Prophet Sallallahu Aleyhi Wasalam, and neither did taabi'een, nor the taba' taabi'een. We should be following the Qur'an and the Sunnah on the way of the Sahabah radiullaah anhum.
