@@Mr_AmsterdamYT Asgore didn't absorb the human souls. If he did, he would have overwrited our save file as Flowey did in the Neutral Route. Also, he's shown to not even know the situation as he says Flowey was warning him, when Alphys was supposed to do so, so probably Alphys didn't call him in the first place. Bonus: Flowey's plan was about absorbing the Human Souls, it would make no sense for Flowey to destroy Asgore's soul when he knows six human souls are perfectly capable of dealing with The Human.
