Don't know about music theory, but I'll say this anyway haha 🤓☝️: They songs is in F minor, but at the end of they chord progression, Toby Fox add a D minor chord, with D (in this case the Dorian note) and A (the mejor third of F!!) And it's make that angelic feeling ✨✨
