Love you abbey! You’re the only person that I subscribe to that I actually watch every single video that comes out. I always see people comment on how “down to earth” you are and that’s exactly why I’m still here. I love your recommendations, I find interest in pretty much the exact same stuff you do which helps a ton 😂 but, above all else… your personality and likability is why I’m still here several years later… keep it up :) your followers (fans 😊) adore you! I think I speak for all of us when I say you make us feel like we’re sitting right there in your living room/apartment with you, talking about beauty/lifestyle, etc. For me, I’d be spending the money on these things without your advice and help… but, with you, I’ve made such better decisions/purchases and can guide my friends/sisters to better decisions/purchases/tips (and to your page). I love to watch your videos. Sometimes when you get unto what your saying, your facial expression and eyes are great! And when you miss pronounced something or said something wrong you just laugh it off and move on. Love it. I'm one who is just getting into self care along with skin care, makeup (maybe) and hair care. I'm 45 so I'm coming in late but it's hard to find videos or someone who knows about mature skin and mature hair. But love you girl, and you are beautiful!

Hi Abbey! I saw a video where a hairdresser said the Pureology leave-in spray is not a great heat protecting spray. They said as a conditioner, it's fine, but to use a blow dry heat protectant cream in addition. Anything that claims to be "multitasking" can not be a great product. I need to hear your thoughts on this as I trust you 100%. Thank you and many blessings💖💖💖

I think I know the guy you're talking about. Since watching him I use both the Pureology and a pea-sized amount of Olaplex #6 and Redken's Big Blowout Heat Protectant. It's been a gamechanger for me and my hair has never been so healthy!!!

I recently stubbled across your workout videos and they're exactly what I've been looking for! Someone NOT screaming at me, non obnoxious music, and workouts that make me feel better after finishing them without anything crazy. Apartment friendly. Weights. Not crazy cardio insane intensity and not too quick. They're perfect! Do you happen to know of/recommend an app or program that has the same teaching/video style? Yep, I have to wash my hair three times a week, I have never been able to go with anything less 😢 I hate washing so much but it is what works best for me. My favorite nail polish right now is a vampy red, olive and June has a beautiful one called obsessed and I am obsessed lol And yes to a part 3😊

Hey Abbey, I know you’re happy with your weekly washing but I just discovered that I can wash my hair at the scalp only! I just wanted to let anyone know who might not have heard of it. Basically you put your hair in a ponytail, pull the hair tie away from your scalp a bit and wrap it in a plastic bag secured with another hair tie and then I put my shower cap on top, too. Then I shampoo and rinse it while holding the braid/ponytail up. I pat it dryish after the shower, take out the plastic bag and blow dry it which takes like 10 minutes. My ends stay completely dry :-) It’s definitely a bit fuzzy BUT I’m trying hard to grow my hair to hip length and it’s really fine/fragile, also the weekly wash doesn’t work for me. So I wash it normally once a week and do this method also once a week. It leaves my hair feeling totally clean, it’s of course not as clean as after a normal wash but for the 2-3 days afterwards it’s fine.

I used to wash my hair once a week, using dry shampoo half way through the week. I found that worse than instead of using the dry shampoo to just wash my hair twice a week, it allows me to alsp rotate between k18 and olaplex, plus dry shampoo isn't exactly good for your scalp health

I feel the same way about the Dyson air wrap. I love mine (got 1st Gen one from dyson outlet refurbished, so I only paid about $400), but I would never tell anyone they *need* to get it. But for me? Worth every penny. I have textured hair and a ton of it, and it makes doing my hair less painful & something I actually look forward to most of the time. Personally, you can’t put a price on that. As a result, I only suggest it to friends who feel the same way about their hair (worried about it a lot), and if I think that the amount of relief it would give them would outweigh the large chunk of cash they’d have to spend to get it.

Yep. Washing twice a week is much better than only once a week. Dry shampoos aren’t meant to use that frequently. That could have caused the issue also:)

Try Derma E scalp relief shampoo. Can be used every day (I don’t) but has definitely helped with my seborrheic dermatitis. More than prescription shampoos, etc.

I have fine thin hair and I have spent years trying to find a way to not shower everyday being that my scalp gets oily so easily. I usually work out everyday and sweat profusely from my scalp so not showering isn’t an option. It’s rough. Lol

Hi! Do you use the clarifying shampoo for both washes? Or just for the first wash and then a regular shampoo for the second wash? Or, do you just do one wash, now that you're washing your hair twice a week???? Thanks!!!

She mentions in another vid her first wash is with a detox/clarifying shampoo and the second wash is with a regular shampoo so it's not as drying!

I love your videos and they have really helped my hair journey! How do you know if you have protein overload? My hair feels soft-ish and is shiny, but I continue to have severe breakage, especially at the scalp, which makes no sense to me because I t4y to follow all of your suggestiondls like: I do not put my hair in high or tight ponytails, don't use much heat ( I only blow dry like twice a week and very rarely use a straightener or curler) I use heat protection, use the wetbrush, don't sleep with wet hair, use only the hoisery elastics, etc. Have used Olaplex, Amika The Cure and am now using K-18 (I only use one brand at a time). Oh. And I have virgin hair. HELP!

Question: I’m new to dazzle dry mainly for the drying time…I’ve never seen anything like it and for the longevity. But I hate to get rid of all my olive and June as I have like every color. Does it still dry super fast even with using a different brand polish?
