Cole...quick tip for your antibiotic issue....eat a probiotic yogurt twice a day while on antibiotics it will replace the good bacteria in your gut therefore reducing the diarrhoea!! As for pancakes our favorite is banana or blueberry but we have tried many flavors apple cinnamon, raspberry, strawberry, banana chocolate chip, so many choices!! Love your channel it brings a smile to my face every time!

Also, taking D-Mannose daily can prevent UTI’s. I was getting about 12 a year, and starting taking D-Mannose at the recommendation of the doctor and have been free from one for like 6 months already. 🙏🙏. Good luck

Cole you are secretary helping me. On a good day I am already worn out! When I get sick I feel my whole life is giving up! If I run a fever at all I find it mindbending to move around. Glad y’all are doing well now! Tajin is pronounced “tah-heen” and it’s a very popular Mexican seasoning! We use it on fruits and veggies (mostly mango, watermelon, pineapple and cucumber) and I must admit I’d never seen anyone use it on chicken 😄 did y’all like the taste? Y’all should try it with fruit! A bit about UTIs.....3 groups that are more apt to get bladder infections are the elderly, semi able body and complete unable body. Where the majority of us will have the instant discomfort (ie: going into the bathroom feeling fine then come out in a lot of pain or discomfort), those that I mentioned could display their symptoms differently such as becoming agitated, confusion, hallucinations and exhaustion. Proper urine should be soooooo light (almost clear) in color. If you have a loved one with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, their symptoms could very much do to a UTI. Also DRINK TONS OF WATER AND CRANBERRY JUICE. Everyone knows about dinking a lot of water but the way cranberry juice helps us that it make the bladder walls very slippery therefore making the bacteria difficult to adhere to the walls. Understand that it doesn’t cure the UTI, antibiotics cure. If you don’t like cranberry juice you can take cranberry pills regularly (prevention). GLAD YOU’RE FEELING BETTER COLE!!!!!!!

i literally got the same thing , it lasted 3-4 days (felt like an 90 year old woman- i left sooo fatigued) , although congested and coughing linger but i felt alive once again. but mine was not a UTI , as an LA Native it doesnt rain anymore or gets cold. once the weather changes my body gets effected by it. not everything is covid.

Charisma giiiiirl you had me dying of laughter at the 13:25 video mark 😅🤍… I love that you incorporate a vast variety of seasonings when you cook 👩‍🍳. However, the Tajin seasoning that you sprinkled on the chicken is typically used on fruits, micheladas, and sometimes elotes (corn on the cob). Although, I do appreciate your innovation skills, Lol I feel inspired to try it on some of my future chicken dishes

My Dad and I used to love to have walnut pancakes together as a special treat. Everyone else liked to sleep late, so we would sneak out and have breakfast. We would come home and they would all still be sleeping. 🥞 My daughter now likes chocolate chip pancakes and she puts a little melted peanut butter on top.

Good job on the fluid push. I did the same thing with a uti recently. They are common in older women and can get serious. I drank about 80 ounces of water a day for a few days. and I am good now. You two are a dynamic duo. Love your videos and cheerful way of life.

ThankGod Cole is feeling better

I had those exact symptoms 2 weeks ago and this past week the rest of my family had them. High fever, body aches, headache and exhaustion. I also know of about 8 other people who had the same symptoms in the past two weeks. I think it’s the most recent strain of COVID, but we don’t know for sure because we couldn’t get tested. Though three weeks ago another friend was dealing with the same things, got tested, and it came back negative. So either this is a flu that everyone is getting, or the new variant doesn’t show up on a COVID test 🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope you guys stay safe and healthy!

My hubby was a quad and would get UTI’s we learned a natural remedy. Go buy a bunch of parsley and a gallon of distilled water boil the parsley in water let cool and drink with some honey hot or cold but drink all the water over the next day it will clear it up in no time. He couldn’t take antibiotics either. They would really messed up his gut too.
