In today's video we head to Epcot at Walt Disney World on a weekend to experience the International Food and Wine Festival booths that are normally closed on the weekdays. We started out with a trip to the booth Tim was most excited for, the Waffle booth! We tried the chicken and waffles as well as the chocolate waffles. We also tried the donut box and the raclette cheese booth! While we were trying all of this awesome food we also met up with our friend Jimmie Allen and his family! We also got to see some of the new Christmas merch! We had an awesome day trying new foods and hanging out with friends and looking at new merch! That chocolate waffle DID look really good, and nice to see Tim's not that food aggressive today, and is wiling to share. LOL. All the stuff at the raclette booth looked really good - I remember - from trying it YEARS ago - how fast that raclette cheese congealed, as Jenn said. Hey y’all, I make an onion bacon jam to go on my burgers that I’m sure is very similar to the one they serve at the parks. All you need is to cook down a finely chopped onion in some bacon fat until they’re caramelized. Then you add some balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, grape jelly, and cut up bacon. It’s absolutely delish on burgers, chicken, and even with cheese!

I know Tim historically doesn't LOVE bananas, but you guys made a mistake by not getting that bananas foster waffle. When we went, we ate at about 10 booths and the bananas foster waffle was one of everyone's top ranked things.

The small potatoes Disney uses are usually a type of fingerling potato. Simple and easy as they are different types of potatoes that are small and are mixed.

Went through a 10 month deployment for my husband several years back. Little things help a lot. And, just when you get adjusted to doing it all yourself, they get back and you have to relearn cohabitation. Stay strong. You're never alone.

We lived in Germany (twice). We LOVE our raclette grill. You slice meats thin, chop veggies and get a variety of cheeses. Cook meat on grill, and put cheeses and veggies in little trays, then pour on top of meat (or bread). So delicious!

I watch others who vlog from the west to the east. I think you give the most honest reviews of the food. You actually chew before giving a review, the others put the food in their mouth and instantly rave about it. They never eat anything that’s not good. How can you taste it without chewing? Usually when eating raclette, the cornichons or other pickled veggies go in separate bowls and you have bites of pickle to cleanse your palate. If you like raclette, home raclettes aren't too expensive - no need to wait until next year.

We were there Sunday as that was my hubby’s birthday. We enjoyed the weekend booths as well. But I think you all mentioned rain, and It decided to rain at the end, just after dark, but still a nice day. Oh, and Jimmy is right, the tropical mimosa was very good.
