I can appreciate the quality is better then past boxes. But there's a lot of repeats in it that don't really make it a good value to me. There's a lot of different fidgets out there, Jackie has shown that in many videos. So I'd rather see a variety of different things, instead of so many of the same. And like Jackie said, if there's going to be doubles, put them in the same day to unbox. I know this can be for all ages, but if I was a kid I'd be bummed getting a lot of repeats.

Personally I'm a little conflicted. When I consider the idea of buying the calendar for myself, as an adult who doesn't have many fidgets, I think it's a good variety to start a collection. But I could definitely see a child that already has lots of fidget toys being disappointed.

I don't know... I feel it this wasn't from Mrs. Bench Jackie would be salty from the start for the first day not being on the spot... not to mention most of the toys weren't on Christmas theme (something she complained in other calendar) and the fact they repeated some fidget toys 🤔... Idk maybe it's just me? 😅 Idk Jackie sometimes get so salty over tiny things other times she just indulge them?? Idk maybe I got salty on her behalf lol

As I'm watching, this feels more and more exactly the same as the last on. The toys even have the same issues. But somehow she rates them completely different and doesn't complain about the exact same issues. I'm bummed out. This calendar isn't only the same on the outside.

You aren't the only one. I feel that way a bit too. Especially with the cheapest of the toys being doubled up, like the plastic zippers, monkey noodles and marble mesh. The lack of variety made me salty too.

Growing up with advent calendars (homemade, purchased or free (from the petrol station and disney themed), finding the semi-hidden dates was part of the advent calendar enjoyment/process as a child. So when you ask for it to be easier to locate, I feel like you are asking to replace a child's fun experience with adult desire for efficiency =)

Honestly the scrambled numbers wouldn’t be so bad if the numbers where clearer. There was one time Jackie accidentally opened 13 instead of 3 because the 1 blended into the snow in the background. If the numbers had a solid outline they they would be easy to see and it could still be a number hunt.

My first thought is that the numbers being hard to see could make the advent calendar a lot less fun for a visually impaired child. But I think it's possible to make the numbers visually clearer without getting rid of the fun hunt for the right date 😁

Idk something about this review doesn't seem very genuine, in the play-doh advent calendar Jackie was annoyed about getting duplicate play-dohs. She was also critical about advent calendar items not being secure enough and migrating into other advent slots. This advent calendar doesn't fit the theme of Christmas (something Jackie has been critical on in other advent calendars) I know Jackie says "it doesn't say it's a Christmas advent calendar" but it clearly said on the top right part of the box "24 days Christmas countdown" in my opinion there's nothing about this advent calendar that seems like it's worth it since its literally the same things I've seen Jackie get in other advent calendars...

I would love to see more fidged toys /stress toys with sand or starch inside. They are the best for me, but sadly either unpopular or too expensive to sell in bundles.

Not sure about the double mini pop tube and marble mesh, but the zipper and snek added value by having a silent and a noisy option. Neat for those exploring their fidget habits, as you can experiment both.

re: 17:08 But Jackie this box does say it's for Christmas on it (at 5:12 near Day 14 it says "24 Days Christmas Countdown Shredded Box") therefore it should be Christmas themed and you should be salty BWAHAHAAHAAAA!!!!!....ha....😸

I bought and opened this. I got 5 of the same muchies. 3 mini pop tubes. 1 pop it-Christmas present. 1 plain white (with pink and yellow) simple simple. 1 broken zigzag thing. 1 normaol pop it. 3 of the same “gobbles”. 1 gear. 1 suction thing that also didn’t work. 1 Finger puppet. 1 infinity cube: 2 unicorn noodles. 2 mini noodles. 1 badminton birdy. And 1 other type of zig zag type of thing. So definitely do not recommend. Most of the doubles came SEPARATELY. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

My birthday was one of the clicky snek toys. I won't say which one because doubles make me salty. I'm very surprised that Jackie didn't get saltier about the amount of doubles in this kit. 8 out of the 24 toys were doubles! That's one third of the kit as duplicates!

When I was a small grain we always twirled the pop tubes once they were fully extended to cause them to whistle, then again that's what they were promoted as whistling tubes.

The sensory toy that clicks together, doesn't hurt, is called a wacky track! They're one of my personal favourites. I also dislike the sharp pointy ones... ouch.

Its a little frustrating when the playdoh advent calendar got slammed because one thing slipped into another compartment, with repeated comments about terrible design and then this one has no negatives about day 1 having nothing at all because of the exact same problem. Even has excuses made for it. With 90% of things people buy coming though the post its not a valid reason. I appreciate and respect you Jackie but its because of the honesty and consistency and that has slipped. Now seems like finding fault where there is none in a lot of cases which makes it seem like favouritism when something that has caused so much salt before is totally fine 😔

Funny, I’ve loved the snake ones ever since they came out as Rubik’s Snakes back in the 1980s. (His were quite smooth, I don’t remember any sharpness, as these newer ones seem to have.)

I love this channel but i dont know how many more fidget videos i can watch, theyre all the same stuff, ive seen jackie unbox and play with monkey noodles, pea pods ect. more times than i can count on my hands. Everything in this calendar is the same tat thats in the other fidget calendars. I mean we’ve pretty much seen all the fidget toys there is, even the ‘different’ fidget toys are just the same stuff with a different colour or pattern. I feel like this ‘mrs bench’ person is just sending jackie all this stuff constantly and using jackies channel as her personal advertisement.

I get that you were on a good mood filming this, but honestly, I don't feel like this box was creative, there are cheap simple kind of fidget toys that I know since I was a kid, it doesn't feel like there was effort put into it, doubles and recycled box designs? Are you sure this is not just the same box that other companies sell and she is selling it too? I wouldn't buy this just for the 4 intreresting items there, or maybe we are just so used to seeing these on your channel that it's not even new or interesting anymore, could be, could be

hmm, jackie, you gave so much salt to other advent calendars for: hard to find numbers, had their products fall from their original spot, hard to remove the doors of the days, repeated products, etc. This advent calendar had all the issues yet you didn't say anything just because it was given to you by mrs bench? Can we still trust you?

Yes!!and if you seen the play dough advent calendar she was complaining about getting 3 containers of the same color and that they weren't scented (the box didn't say that they are gonna be scented) And that the products fell from their spot(idk how to say it)she was complaining everytime ,but she cut all of the tape on the box so that might caused that

I hate to say it, but this was a really disappointing review. These items were lower quality than last year's, and you even called that one poor quality in this video. I went back and watched it, and that one had way better items and you gave it a great review. So why act like it was bad all of a sudden? Things like the peas not working you previously got mad over are ok in this video? I have a really hard time believing the zipper was in any way different or higher quality than the one you previously didn't like. You always rate things low for repeats, and its ok this time? This video just feels very disingenuous.

I was an invested in the fidget cube kickstarter and I love my cube. I’ve had it for over 5 years now. I love that the metal ball clicks too. I’ll rotate and click at the same time all the time!
