Thank you for listening to my rambling. We are finally onto something. Also, you want to clarify that the reason I bring up money so often is that if I can get the money side of things working, it potentially allows me to go full-time and invest at least some of the money back into the channel and the community. Hope it makes sense!

no shame in discussing money! in Finland they don't bring it up, but I personally LOVe the topic, as money = meaning, energy, time, value, so what the heck haha

Bro, I am so proud of you. You've ended up in a really shit situation with your job and not being able to get funding because you were still self-employed, and you found a way to pull yourself out of it. That shit is hard to do. I wish you nothing but the best!

You did great. I am happy to see and hear how your idea is working. I realized that most people are getting confused when they relocate, even to Finland, where we have a lot of open information. And some people misunderstand or do not trust the state because of their previous experience. You are doing great, and I hope your idea will grow! Go, Aleksi! And, of course, your free content will bring these people. So, don't forget to create content.

Congratulatio ns! Another idea you might be interested in is tourism. There are several people online who are tour guides in their countries who also have channels that make money independently from their guiding the tours,but related to the tourism industry. I dont know any specifics of it but there are a couple of them I watch, and I bet they would be happy to give you some ideas that they have used. Also, there are Facebook groups and pages about relocating to Finland. Have you looked at those, and offered your services there?
@AleksiHimself

It's a good point, but I'm not into tourism or traveling at all, so it wouldn't make sense for me to pursue it. I have been creeping at the FB groups but haven't marketed there yet.

Welcome back stranger. Good to see you back on KZfaq. I have been preparing to move Finland and your videos have been invaluable to me. If it’s financially feasible, I would totally use your services when moving. Also don’t feel bad about making money doing this. Sounds like you have it going well mate. Having done the move to Finland myself back in 2019 it was a little long-winded. I moved in August but didn't get my bank account until January because of the delays with getting my social security number. Having help with that would have been a god-send. I'm still thinking about a move back to Finland, I just need to get a few more exams under my belt and see where life takes me (It's been a chaotic few years). If I do decide to move back, I'll be in touch for sure. Best of luck!

You probably already know this, but there are B2B options for this service. When I got my first job in Finland, my company hired a relocation service for me. They did all the things you talked about: bank, migri, temp housing, long term housing, etc. So there's definitely a possibility there.

I think that WTF - Welcome to Finland is a *great* marketing term - it's like "Finntastic", using familiarity (an already-existing word) but combined with something that's kind of "in your face", unexpected and is contrast to the the "welcome" part, so it creates additional attention, and using that and not bland marketing is playful - more attention from there, too.

Hope you the best! I think you should invest more on your store, like more designs (maybe memes, like "Finnish nightmares") and different products (keychains, magnets) . You already have an audience of thousands and this is the kind of business where you can make a lot of money just because of scale. Just off-topic, this videos comes right when I am visiting Helsinki, first time... such a nice and cosy city. Looks like a big city from distance, but actually very easy to go around by foot.

Honestly, this is a great service. Navigating immigration and the bureaucracy of a new place is daunting, especially if it's not in English. I'd pay for that service. In my case, I'm trying to move to a country on the continent. I already lived there for 5 years and fell in love with it, but I was on a temporary research visa and not a work visa so it ended during covid. I'd willingly pay someone to help me find a job there. I speak the language and work in STEM, surely my field would be helpful and employable. I'd also love to pay someone to help me navigate a real apartment instead of temporary housing. It's a great service, good luck.

Hey Aleksi, i want to move Finland for a new start but it will be so nice if i get any advice from you.. because people's are saying getting job that pays well in Finland is not possible as a non-eu person and i should probably come to Denmark instead.. What's your thought on this?🤔 Your any advice or suggestions will help me a lot.

Well, it really depends. For example, the American lady I am helping now, I think her salary is around 4000€/month, and she got the job by applying back in America, so it is possible to get a decent wage as a non-EU citizen.
