Correct, he sued them because he wasn't getting paid for EA using his image and name. He lost due to his player contract with FIFA stating that they can use his name and image with affiliated companies etc.

remember that last year we had huge mistakes in description of store packs and then huge compensation. Look out for that. It was great business for EA. PPL opened a lot of packs in Polish, Portuguese Brazilian and I think one more language. So they earned milions of USD with that "mistake".

I'm not so sure I agree 100% with your policework there Lou.. last year the market went up because TOTS community was mid as it always is. this year is a different animal completely. there's tons of these live tots cards that'll be packable & affordable. i can't see too many people going back to older promo cards instead of buying & trying the new live cards especially with the other tots a week away.

These cards have too be super op when theres a cesinha that has 5 /5 evo that has 97 pace and 90 plus dribbling with engine and 99 shooting for 100k and a 75k evo that helped some players get 99 shooting

It’s only tots live today not the actual tots so ya got another week to wait Nate we’ll 2 weeks at least as bundes league is out first I can’t see there bein much out tonight so wouldn’t get to excited the tots design was there last night so ya must have missed it in your card selection list mate and there only going to be about 5/6 cards worth packing the rest will need upgrades to b useable then wen they have e upgraded they will be behind power curve so there pointless tbh these live cards apart from top 5/6

EA told us in Feb that the first cards to get 3 ps+ will be the RTTF cards and the UCL final is in June. So none of the TOTS cards will have 3 ps+......don't like playing down TOTS but 2 ps+ cards will not bring the hype 🤷‍♀
