1. Hand rotations 2.Elbow rotations 3.neck rotations up and down side to side 4. Waist rotations 5. Hip circles 6 First rotations hand some extra stretch 7. More care for wrists 8 knee rotations 9.calf and tibialis raises side to side 10. Deep squat 11. Move that spine hand for knees and ankles 12.cossack squad and hold for a few seconds 5-10

And so on Bcoz then it's very easy to watch ur videos one by one Kyu ki mujhe 1st video dekhne ke baad direct day 27 , 3 ,8, 29 nhi dekhne kyu ki day 1 me beginning hui he parts like I mentioned above is comparatively hard isse hume injury bhi ho sakti ke isliye hume videos 1 by 1 dekhni hogi we can't jump on days 27,24,17,9 ,29,13, and many more So please rearrange ur playlist so we can easily learn MARTIAL ARTS from beginning Thank you🙂
