I think the Wolverine that we get in D&W, is a Wolverine that experiences the Westchester incident and never gets past what happened, and essentially gives up as a hero, and on life in general, only to be tortured by the reality that death doesn't come so easily for the likes of him... Deadpool probably finds him and offers him a purpose and redemption in the form of saving the/a universe. The "graveyard" is probably a place marking the Wolverines who fulfilled their destinies and died as heroes.... Just a thought 🤷🏾‍♂️

Those gravestones match to the Sentinel shifts from X-Men: Days of Future Past. Each of those gravestones looking like Sentinel ships represents X-Men member being killed by a Sentinel. Also the white shirt that Logan wears is identical to the white shirt he wears during the stand-off at the Drake household as the cops try to arrest Logan and the rest of the mutants before getting shot on the forehead.

Perhaps Jackmen in this particular scene is like a NEXUS Wolverine. The spiritual ever-living essence of Wolverine when Wolverines die. Like Jet Li's -The One but more Marvel~ee. Imagine, during the Weapon X - Adamantium procedure when all the twitching stopped, Logan went limp, and dropped to the bottom of the tank. His spirit travels to this Deadpool scene area before returning with the RAGE in the Weapon X scene after hearing that they're going to erase his memories. The spirit returning is what activates his healing factory. Wade is likely there to resurrect a reluctant Logan that clung to a death longer than he should have, creating a nexus event at some point - Just a thought.

Those words from Feige should also confirm that each "universe"(616,838..) is not a separate universe with different timelines.. but just the same multiverse where different timelines are conceived as universes. But the sacred timeline, aka universe 616, is the one where the MCU happens.

They are not gravestones. It's a fence. A barrier he can not cross. There are vertical standards that can be seen, and we can assume a matching standard on the side we can't see. I've seen these same energy fences in the Legend of Zelda games.

i think the sacred timeline still kind of exists its just instead of the loom binding it together loki is allowing it to branch. there are other timelines outside of that.

we don't know if this movie takes place before, after, or during the events in Loki. it could even be an entirely different TVA or TVA-adjunct group given the different uniforms of the armed personnel. they explained these possibilities in their other videos.

Dougray Scott would've actually looked the part as well. Something about him looks feral, but I think Hugh managed to give Logan some qualities that have well been associated with the character ever since and I think that's the reason why he blew up as much as he did. I also don't think Scott, despite being a fantastic actor himself, could have given the character that.

It makes sense X-Men 97 just showed newer views that wolverine isn’t the most important X-Men and the main story shouldn’t center around him. This movie could be the MCU telling the 20th century fox fans that Wolverine henceforth will not be the main star of the X-Men movies but this is his final hurrah.

Maybe it’s a literal interpretation of the Elysian Fields? This is wolverine being deflated because he’s been killed and sent to the afterlife, feeling defeated. The Greek myth of the Elysian Fields were described as a paradise so this could be the arrival place before Logan gets to have his eternal blessed afterlife. Or before he’s revived to rejoin the fight.

Everyone forgets that Marvel heroes and villains were also terminated by the Sentinels in Days of Future Past. They could also represent every human being on Earth who died because of Logan's failure to act. However, I do agree that this scene is not a physical location, but a mental or spiritual space.
