I remember Meeting you at Hockenheim back in 2019, I have been watching in awe seeing your transition into real racing, you‘re a legend man! In a way you inspired me to get my national license myself back in 2020, and to have the trust in myself that my ability to drive in the sim will transfer to real tarmac, leading to me taking part in a drivers sighting event. Three years later I‘ve got two amateur Championship titles in my bag, an international license and have completed my first RCN not too long ago. Nords permit soon! I still remember talking to the team chef that let you drive his fiesta, and him telling me that you were, quote: „fucking fast“, but in german lol. That was the moment that I realized people like us weren‘t just computer bound dreamers and racing drivers at heart, but actual racing drivers in the flesh. Thank you for being an inspiration, I know how it feels to have people not believe in you until you prove yourself, and the feeling of assurance that you do know what you are doing. My daily driver is a F30 3 Series (the predecessor car to the G20) and they are fun little sedans that handle and ride better than any other car I've ever owned, very much worth it assuming they don't have the early N20 engine with the suicidal timing chain guides. The B48 is a great engine though. Congrats on getting your Nurburgring license.

NO HATS ON THE FLIGHT MATE :D That airbase looks a lot nicer now then when I was serving there in '05. What a dump it was then, decision to decommission had been made so nothing got fixed ever. There were some WW1 era sheds including a cavalry stables behind the Hangars 7-8 some of which someone saw fit to designate as a ready room which I spent 6 month of my life sitting and playing cards in waiting to see if the soviets would attack lol. It seemed silly back then, times change... That stuff must be gone by now, most of it was just ruins even back then. Also what a car dudes, what a car! Can't wait to see you guys race in it.

Keep us posted on your fitness regime. I am a fan of supersets. Working one muscle group while resting another saves time, keeps me from getting bored at the gym, and works my endurance all at the same time. Add in some HIIT, and you'll be sprinting like Super GT in no time

Ever think about picking up a drone for some sexy footage from above (where allowed)? That car is going to pop out on the track beautifully, I have a feeling you're going to have way too much fun in the carousels with the way it handles the corners haha

I think it is great that youtube gave you the platform to do sonething you enjoy. For so long people did not have such a away into many Motor Sports unless you had money or had sone sort of support from some one with the means to do so. I had a wish to do Rallying in the 80's along with a few freinds but it was imposserble to find the money to do so. Now thanks to KZfaq and other Sim platform some have made that jump hats off to you all. Learning a few German words will go a long way, but be warned it is one of the hardest languages to master. Apps like Duo lingo are handy . You have age on your side in that respect . I have lived and worked in Germany since 2009 and I am by no means brilliant with German . It look bloody hot down there in Rhine Land the last few weeks here have been insiane for record temps .currently its 22 in Hamburg . Be carefull over the next few days tomrrow it may rain but again that can change. Have a blast getting to know your car.

I am going to make it one of my top priorities to go to next year's 24hr to see this in action :)

Man the pre Gran Turismo 2 days seem so long ago now. Cannot believe how the content has changed from racing BMW's on rf2 and dreaming of being able to drive round a track. To your name on the side of a BMW with a Bilstein livery, which you plan to race round the ring. Keep living the dream for all of us that sadly cannot. You have put in a lot over all these years.
