Verdict Fortuner is slightly better than 700 or scorpio n in terms of power and torque and huge displacement Other parameters of performance remains same in both the competitors( considering 700 and scorpio one) Features and cosmetics is far superior than fortuner and considering india and its so called middle class, sunroof, adas, 360 camera, 10 inch touch screen and blah blah matters to a larger section So mahindra wins And to most even 1 lac extra for fortuner is a pain and for people whi are more focussed on engine safety and ride quality, hardly few will end up paying 5 lacs extra for fortuner And alll those who are just not open to explore and had some aspiration while back will go for fortuner Caution: Explore again Fortuner was bulky 2800 cc, 520 nm, 200 bhp No other such car so immense road presence ... Alright 50 lacs?? Worth it . Reliability serviceable has no match ..speechless for that . But much better engines options available, 3000 cc 380 bhp 500 nm available at 20/30 percemt extra So ???
