At 0:44, the coach was saying that "if J receives the ball and he has 4 defenders pressing him, it will be complicated for him, we need to play with keeping in mind where I have my teammate" so I think he was telling the team to know where they have a teammate before they even get the ball to make a quick pass if needed, also maybe so that when someone receives the ball, his teammates can move around the pitch so that the player receiving the ball has more options. I just want to help translate some of the spanish for you haha
