So I picked up mine, a used 2001 F360 Spider, a few days ago. Had a test drive as a passenger before, maybe up to 4000rpm. Nice, exiting but that's nothing (!) compared to the adrenaline/emotions it unleashes when hitting the 8000rpm line (8.5 is max I know). My son (and later daughter) were screaming/howling almost louder than the engine. I may actually have screamed even louder then them, ha ha. What a kick, absolutely astonishing. The CAPISTO stage-3 exhaust is a big reason for that. But then you have auto-mode. Hardly anybody talks about the dual-character of this F360. After you did that mountain-road and hit the highway with traffic lights and stop & go traffic, she's sweet as a kitten. I've read complaints that the TCU isnt clever enough, never knowing when to shift, but it's not that bad (anyhow I intend to upgrade to the Challenge TCU which supposedly is much better). Thing is, she upshifts to 6th gear while doing 70km/hour at around 1200 rpm. You actually can have a conversation/cool down until you release the beast again (not only mountain roads but every flyover and tunnel is an excuse too :)) I'm in absolute awe of this machine. Astonishing, addictive, fantastic. I'm alive!!!!!! This thing should be on everybody's bucket-list!

There was a channel back in the day called super vloggers Rob that would do some high speed pulls and some street racing, it was fun to watch, had lots of followers. You might want to try it more, and be popular like him. I wonder whatever happened to him!

Also, that road that you keep complaining about: My grandmother lives (well, she did) on a dead end road. One of the guys who owns a house on her road did not want it to be a dead end anymore. So, you know what he did? He paid to have the dead end taken out (now it is a two way street that connects two roads together) and repaved the whole thing. He supposedly got some kind of grant for this, but also had to match half of it with his own money. You have a lot more money than him I assume. I would imagine if you would pay to have the street paved, nobody would stop you.
