Basically, finals week means binge eating for me… lol
In this video I show you how I study for my finals and how I eat various foods to destress myself. Studying for the finals is hard and very VERY stressful but with proper planning and studying, we can always beat it! i totally agree lena... I shifted to another city for my medical school... and all my school friends lost contact with me because I used to come to my home so less and during that period all I used to do was to sleep..... I used to lie to ppl that I am not coming home because I used to be so tired that I never had energy to meet anyone.... I feel sad about it....

once one of my friend invited me for his marriage and it was 2 days before my 4th year final... i told him that i hav a lot to study but he never believed.... he told me to study beforehand but that was not possible🙄

I feel the same way, but I go to art school and it's really intense. People underestimate art school, and during finals, socializing is impossible.

Kris m Im Italian, I go to' a private high school, a linguistic liceo (a school where you study languages)". I'll be in third next year , ad honestly from December to march, and may and June there is no social life. We have a school report in mid December after 3 months of school, a mini-school report in mid march and a big school report at the end of may. Especially in may we have like a test per day.... I study like crazy in these periods

I have the same problem with not keeping up with friends out of my med school. So now I hardly have friends out of med school. But if the friendship really matters to you, you can put extra effort in making it work. Loved this vlog Lena.

Whenever I feel unmotivated and down, I watch and re-watch your videos because it really motivates me to study. I even showed your videos to my boyfriend and he said he misses studying. yes i get where your coming from.. my friend was in nursing school and her best friend started to get distant away from her cus all she did was school, and home. she graduated and they talked it out and now their started to fix their relationships ... i kinda was her therapy through that process lol

I can relate to what you said 100%, sometimes it's really hard maintaining relationships when you're studying ALL THE TIME, but it makes them so much more precious. I hope that you can relax now that your exams are over! Love your videos

Some people go through phases of sleeping early and staying up really late (well that was my case) but usually, it happens when you start and just keep going or you can study really well at night (like for me I study the best at 10pm-3am but i had to adjust for my exams). Honestly, it's finding the best time that you are the most productive and study the best at. :)

There was once a time I had a problem with this. I can now study till 6 am in the morning, for like 18 hours. How I did it, I don't know. I just started doing it. Oh and I love playing a movie in the background, when I get tired of playing music. It keeps me awake. I think it's a mind thing. You make uo your mind to study for long periods of time, and JUST DO IT!

I can stay up with two hour sleep for short amount of period. I stay up til 5am studying and sleep for 2 hours. That usually lasts for 3 to 4 days before I pass out from exhaustion. As for staying up daily, I take a short 1 to 2 hour nap after school, study til 5am and then, finally sleep for another 2 hours before going to school.

I'm glad you are done! Now that you say it, it's so true that your friends outside of med school are the best. Actually I don't have real friends in med school, I only have one or two "colleagues" but I don't feel them close enought to call them friends. My real friends study or work in other fields but we've been friends for years and even though we never see each other, every time we go out is like nothing had changed :)

Ohh i can totally feel you!!! Im med student in mongolia. During my freshmen year i really loved make up, and clothes and as well as high heels. But now no anymore 😭😭😭. Because its just better for me to sleep, eat or study rather than putting make up on 😭😭😭😭. But being a med student is best thing in my life 🖤🖤

OK to be honest I'm with you when you talk about you don't have time for meeting someone I can understand that part I'm not even a med student I'm an engineering students and also do not have any time to meet my old friends from high school .I have two close friends one of them is a med student and the other is a pharmacy student last time we met was in last year in summer holiday 😢 I miss them but there are many things to do as a student who study something related to science medical engineering. ... I don't have a time to think about my emotional life or social life 😂once I'll be a graduate student and go where I want to go 📚 now let's keeping focus in our study life

What you said about friends is so true! I go to medical school in India and my best friends is an arts major and I feel like we just don't have anything in common anymore which is really sad but I really don't know what to do about it.
