I agree with most of the things. But I disagree that we have socio economy data to identify the eligible one. Wrong data can be fed. Most of the data from rural area are politically influenced. Most of the data are fed by Gram Panchayat which act differently for different political party supporters. If you wish you can visit to any GP and see how much the guidelines of each scheme has been followed in choosing the beneficiaries.
