Yes, you have to apply for CCB if you have children, Once you do that it covers all the other benefits. If you don’t you can contact CRA. Or go to their website for the form to fill

Are you in Canada? If yes, please check the government of Canada website. Once you file your tax and with kids apply for child care benefit and you will automatically get the others if you are eligible
