I applied for change of constituency on nvsp portal during July 2019. Till date nothing has moved.

@kamalasanthi U (Update) I received my voter ID Card during march 2020. Nobody came for any verification. One day I got a call from official that I can go and collect the card.

@@animeshpaulchowdhury3129 There is an option in nvsp portal for name correction. Make your login in nvsp and check which all documents are required for name correction.

@@isammohammed7380 Actually yesterday i got to know about this. Basically you have to go to the nearest polling station and talk to the BLO (booth level officer). You have to let him know that you have done some corrections through the website (nvsp) and then you have to give him the reference number. In case if you have done this long time ago then the BLO might have your updated card. But in any case, make sure you check your data printed in the list which they have. If the data is printed right then your details are updated. Otherwise ask BLO to update details for you or repeat the process online. This time give the reference number to the BLO person.

बकवास है ये ....ऑनलाइन 3 बार अप्लाई किया और रद्द हो गया कि एड्रेस प्रूफ नही लगाया । आफिस जा के अधिकारी ने सारे स्टेप्स पास किये पर वोटर कार्ड फिर भी नही बना । बकवास साइट औऱ आफिस स्टाफ भी बेकार

The website does not work properly. I wanted to correct my address and give my DOB. However, my constituency is wrongly mentioned after entering my EPIC number and that information is locked and cannot be corrected/updated. Some of the boxes cannot be filled in, it shows this 🚫 mark when you hover around the box but if you try to click submit, it says please fill in the details marked in asterisk and submit. Absolutely shit website.

I've also applied for a service through this postal. After several attempts i was able to submit my request. The application is now pending in the last stage for close to a month. I don't even know what's the timeline as it is mention nowhere. Irony is you don't have a mechanism to contact customer service. What kind of online service portal it is??? Oh this is "DIGITAL INDIA".

Bro. Your call will never be connected. Even if it connects, nobody gonna answer your call. Even if they answer your call and listen to your feedbacks they will do nothing out of it.
