Hello! The price depends on many factors, e.g. location, furniture, building. Usually contracts are for 1 year.

Is it possible to have a 6 year long contract?

Hello! Usually the contracts are for one year. Most contract also say that you can renew the contract after it "expires", as long as both parties agree. This is quite common, especially if you are in good terms with your landlord.
