You can get a beach home for a lot less in Costa Rica and most of the beaches are a lot more beautiful and the environment is far healthier. Of course , it depends on the type of architecture and finishes you want.

House no. 1 The rooftop deck was too simple. No hot or swimming pool. But return on investment it's a great buy Second house was like "a friends house" I would not want to step into the bedroom from my door. I wouldn't want my friends come in my bedroom. I would chose the third house

Ridiculous. To even think about choosing the third one is absurd. The first two (duplex) is the most perfect. They could have rented out the other and made $50,000 a year off of that one. Pathetic, to say the least!
