Noticed a lot of people asking how this song connects with Minecraft. I wrote this song to be the third part of the "Fallen Kingdom" story line. This song is about the boy in the story struggling to find "pieces" of himself / memory (remember he was very young when Fallen Kingdom happened) / his family. The song is about his relationships with people (the king and his mom) he never really got to know as a boy. (It also works really well as a love song and that's on purpose :P) This song is off my album "Pick A Universe"! Thanks for listening!

Thank you for this song. I was adopted by my step dad, and never met my father. I was shown this song after finding my father's family, and learning he passed when I was 6. Many people are confused as to how this is Minecraft related. This is the 3rd part of a Minecraft song series on Captainsparklez's channel. The first part is 'Fallen Kingdom', the second 'Take Back the Night', and the third being this, 'Find the Pieces'. They all combine into one thing to create an amazing storyline that at times does play with your emotions a little. I would highly recommend watching the music videos on Captainsparklez's channel because it will explain so much in such a cool and awesome way.

Oh God, after all these years this song is still one of the best ever. The best one for me in the Saga, the best one of the Minecraft songs and I´d go as far as to say its one of my favorite songs of all songs. This is by far the best song of the series, by a mile and a half. 4 years later this song is still amazing. I can list literally every part of the song that's amazing. TryHardNinja, I know you won't read this but in case you do, I just want to let you know how much this series has helped me, this song in particular. I can relate to the lyrics so much it's unreal. The best part is the chorus ("Don't know if I have ever heard you sing but I hear it..."), but the verses are wonderfully crafted as well. Thanks so much.

Amazing song, and what a great way to make a song that can have many meanings to many different people. When I listen I am reminded of my father who died when I was younger. I've forgotten nearly all of him. The only thing I remember is that his hair was curly and his eyes were blue. I don't remember his voice... Every now and then I have dreams about him and I am not sure if they were memories or just a product of my imagination. Thank you for this song.

Wow, now this is music. Most music today that is supposedly "Chart Topping" is about Money, Sex, Drugs, Crime, Alcohol, or all of the above. But, this is art. It's great to see people taste, creativity, originality, and inspiration. I applaud you, Mr. Ninja. Have a butterscotch cinnamon pie. 👏🏼

Amazing animation for an amazing song. Managed to blow me away once again! I love how symbolic it is for everything. You manage to make it MORE than just a video game song. By the way, what sound production software do you (or Peter Litvin, props to him, too) use? I'm not having much luck with Cyberspace editor. is it Sony Vegas?

How about everyone treats this song like a normal song and stop with the oh but it is minecraft crap. Who cares? Enjoy the song and the singer and other producers of the video/song. It was a great song and I shall listen to it everyday! Keep up the good work! :D

gonna sing this to my girl this saturday, wish me luck guys edit log: 10/15/22 saturday 9:05 PM EST - unfortunately i couldn't go over to her house this weekend at all, that includes tomorrow, so unfortunately the only plan is to wait till next week final edit: we broke up about a year and a half ago, and no longer talk
