completely agree with the very end of the vid, ive been switching between different senses within 2.2-3.2 and honestly there is very little variation in consistency and its not like when i change it i just never hit shots again lol.

For valorant, the calm sens almost always beat the reflex sens I used to be high sens on every game, but valo is a different shxt

Hmmm so i do kind of agree with this method however when u did say you found your right sens, your initial flick for sure was underflicking once or twice you just had time to do a nother flick / track towards the head for micro adjustment after, you'd sort of do that if you over flicked too but some might find it better to under flick slightly then adjust

What should I do if I sometimes over flick and sometimes under flick? I also just have my mouse dpi low in general. So doing 180’s without having to pick up my mouse is difficult without me having to use a vastly different dpi than normal. I want to get better at this game and I want to get better aim but I don’t know how to get better.

I still find it quite hard even with playing around with the sense to get it to almost as close as possible i tend to under/over flick no matter what I do and then again its also hard because my DPI changes, Standard desktop I run at 1200 just slightly faster for work stuff then going to game tends to throw me I guess I really need to get comfortable with one for all round in and out of game

I read a bit about mouse acceleration in windows settings, some people on reddit say that it doesn't matter because of the raw input buffer that directly receives input to game, so I'm curious to know if that's true, has anyone noticed the difference with and without mouse acceleration?

Bro i am confused , whenever i try to move mouse quickly (180%) to look behind it only moves 45% ~ and kep moving in that 30-45% spot untill i stop moving my mouse , whats the issue ? 400 dpi and 0.35 sensi , it only happens in games , outside of games i can freely move mouse

for me training on higher sens works because in game my sens feels smoother and more precise so 0.3 1600 dpi feels normal and not fast

Look up ‘fire watch wallpaper’ and you should b able to find something similar. If you want it to be animated like mine you have to buy wallpaper engine

Also, I play at 1.2 sens, and my mouse moves about the same as Cypher irl for about the same distance. Anyone know why that's the case. Feels like my sens has to be higher to match other people with lower sens. My roommate who plays on .4 played on my computer, and it felt the same to him.

Turning off mouse acceleration makes no difference. Valorant only uses raw input so it effectively turns it off automatically.

i feel like you will never find a perfect sensitivity in this game, its all about play styles, map, team comp, positioning. these things change with each map. i think its definitely possible to find a really good baseline sens, but i always see my self changing it depending on the game im playing at that moment. breeze and lotus i may drop it a bit where as something like ascent i may turn it up a bit but i do have my baseline of like 0.1 @ 1600
