14:20 On the east side of Darkmeyer is a "Long Rope" shortcut that connects to near Slepe. The first part of the shortcut puts you on top of the wall, and there is a path along the wall that goes west along the north side. But Jagex made the decision to put rocks along that path so you can't reach the master clue spot. If they just removed the rocks, then the teleport crystals to Hallowed Sepulchre would make that clue step nicer

yea correct. The phrase "from scratch" can mean different things and still hold true. In this series, I am hunting all pets as efficiently as possible while starting from 0gp, fresh off tutorial island. The gp made to fund pet hunting will be made by pet hunting only. In my eyes, this is from scratch. I'm sorry if it comes off as misleading, that's not my intention

You might know this already but just want to clarify. Your “(un)lucky hours” stat is going to typically go up and up (positive), even if you’re technically unlucky. If you want a more balanced measure, you would have to take the “pet hours” to be based on the kc which corresponds to a 50% chance, which is log(0.5)/log(1-dr) (where dr is the drop rate). In this case log(0.5)/log(2999/3000) is about 2079 kills to have a 50% chance at pet. This is more like 13.5 hours, so anything after that is technically “unlucky” (as in, you got the losing side of the coin flip).

Yes, this is absolutely correct. It's hard to find a reasonable way to explain luck/unluck to where the majority of viewers will understand it. Having my luck hours based off the pet droprate itself seems the most simplistic metric to use despite the fact that it wont be 100% accurate. Maybe at the end of the series I can calculate the actual number and show where i stand on the under/over 50th percentile.

I've only caught the last 3 episodes, don't worry, gonna go back and watch them all. But, as embarrassing as it sounds to me, I've been struggling with zulrah, can't even get my first kc. The way he breaks down how he handles bosses and the like would make an amazing way to handle a tutorial on zulrah, or any boss for that matter.
