Well at least I'm not alone when it comes to dealing with PMDD. I've went almost undiagnosed until I was in my late teens to early 20s. Now at age 30, I'm being open about it with my doctors. I'm taking one little baby step at a time when it comes to opening up to them about this severe form of PMS. Yes, I've been dealing with it for nearly a decade.
