Hey KK. May the good Lord fulfill you and give you genuine happiness regardless of your situation. May he protect you from the enemy who will use people to mock you and remind you of your situation. I vied for MCA twice and one thing am constantly reminded in a patriarchal culture is that women who are not married or do not have children are not accepted by society.

To be honest majority of people out here (especially with deep patriarchal culture mentalities) have such a huge problem when a woman confidently says, "I have refused to settle." They will turn around and shame that woman saying she'll grow old alone or won't have someone to take care of her or that she had too much fun in her younger days and now has wasted herself. People seem to think a woman should keep herself pure for marriage/a man but over the years I've learned that it is good to keep oneself pure for God and God alone. Don't practice abstinence or virginity for marriage, do it for God, whether or not you find a partner. What I know for sure is that different women go through different seasons in life and I can advise all women to have a deep spiritual connection with their creator and he will order their steps. Kalekye you are a beautiful soul inside out. Am sorry for all the trolling and mean things that have been said to you.
