Advice: find a blank advent calendar or envelopes. In write down 2 healthy dares in them and you need to complete only those 2 by Sunday. For example "make a thumbnail" or "pick up 15 things in my room" . You only need to do it ONCE. in the envelope or advent calendar you'd also have a prize wrapped in there. Hey Maddie I have mentioned this before on your previous video I have depression too! I know its been a month but... I did find a few tips: writing to your self and relases all the anger in you, dont let anyone stop you no matter what they do, its normal to be stressed and scared it ok, crying is helpful,all you feeling leave your body, its ok to be different being different is unique, everything you do is amazing, making mistakes is normal,plus you get to learn from them so you dont repeat them, we love anything you do,please dont stay up late its unhealthy, no matter what you do we will love it and eat it up, perfection isnt real ,everone is perfect, listening to your fav music or doing something you love is very helpful, forget people who dont like you, or ignore them ,they are using you, defending yourself for things you stand by isnt wrong, you did nothing wrong, therapy could be and not be helpful sometimes which is totally fine (yes I have a tharapist), spend time with the people who actually care about you, not the onees using you, see who actually cares about you, your body is perfect, having a private place alone is vey helpful, having some time alone is way better when your sad and depressed, its normal medications and pills arent helpful ,heck they dont work for me sometimes, dont hate yourself no matter what you do, dont hate yourself you are unique and perfect the way you are your YOU!❤❤💗💗 Hope this helps cuz it helps me!❤❤
