今回のおすすめレシピ:
🍴鶏もも肉の生姜醤油ピカタ✨
鶏もも肉2枚//4 chicken thighs
生姜1かけ//1 nub of ginger
ねぎ(みじん切り)//Green onion (finely chopped)
ニンニク1かけ//1 clove garlic
醤油、酒、砂糖各大さじ2//2 Tbsp each of soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar
小麦粉大さじ1//1 Tbsp Flour
卵1//1 egg
1.ボウルまたはポリ袋に鶏肉、生姜、ねぎ、にんにく、調味料を入れ、手で揉み混ぜる
In a bowl or ziplock bag add chicken, ginger, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar, and massage.
2.30分以上置いて味がしみたら粉、卵を加えてさらによく混ぜて、熱した油をひいたフライパンか中華鍋に漬け汁ごと並べる
Let sit for 30 minutes, then add the egg and flour, and cook on a heated frying pan or wok.
3.鍋をゆすりながら片面を焼き色がついたら裏返し、火を弱め蓋をして火を通す。
Once one side is evenly and well cooked, flip over, lower the heat, put a lid on and cook through.
