I watched this a lot as a kid and I remember I was about 10 when I realized that hundreds of unborn clown fish were killed at the start of the movie. I was so shook that I literally tried to imagine all 500 of the eggs being eaten by the baracuda (don't ask why, I was a weird kid and this is how I coped......)

Mandi Lu A lot of parents think the opening scene, in which the mother and all the unborn children die, is too scary and intense for their kids under 5 or so.
