If you're not into the "traditional" bachelorette party thing I suggest just having a girls day/evening/sleep over with your bridesmaids and any other close friends you want to include! I did this with my bridesmaids in the week leading up the wedding. A lowkey day of pampering, then a campfire and sleepover. So much fun, inexpensive and most of all NOT crazy! Haha

Congratulations!!!! Re: the wedding planning, my friend is a wedding planner and she got into trouble because her contract didn’t specifically mention the word virus. So there was a grey area for refunds for all the weddings that got canceled. So make sure the contracts mention a full refund if anything is cancelled due to a virus!

I just stumbled upon your video while feeling immensely overwhelmed by all the emotions and stress and pressure while searching for a venue for my own wedding. I even doubted if that was for me for a moment. And seriously, your words helped me find peace so much! Thank you so much for the reminder that at the end of the day, it is all about God and us, not about the perfect place, the perfect dress, or the perfect flower-bouquet.

I loved that you emphasized how marriage is really about becoming one and that the celebration is a thing of this world. Of course we all want to celebrate with our friends and family, but I think you just really put things into a good perspective! I love this wedding series!!! Could you do a video about your ring? I am just curious what the process was like.

We went ring shopping at Jareds. You can try on different bands you like and then they take out the diamonds and place them in each band. The diamonds range in price depending on clarity, cut, color, and carat! From there you decide what diamond looks best and fits in your budget. As far as setting up the deposit and payment plan, that all was done privately between kyle and the saleswomen! He went back the next day to sort it all out.

Living for this girl! I’m in AZ too and will be planning my wedding very soon! I wish I knew where that venue was! Because I agree of not being super in love with the ones here or the ones I love are soo expensive!

We are planning for our wedding in August of this year. We are so leaning into Gods plan for our wedding and the only way it is going to work out is if we trust Jesus (especially trying to plan a wedding with a a world pandemic) !

I could never invited +100 people to my wedding 😱😂 but that's because I'm a people pleaser, I know myself and I would want to make sure everyone is having a great time and feels comfortable, and it would just stressed me out, I can't say no to people :( But anyway, I just turned 20 and I don't even have a boyfriend, so we'll see what happens 😂 I loooove wedding/event planning, I'm thriving with your series, sooo happy and excited for you and Kyle!!! 💗

I’ve just made a big pause on my wedding planning I have been so overwhelmed and I’m going for the same theme and colors as you (except for the chairs bc I really like the contrast), but in France it is so hard to find venues like that so we have to pretty much find everything and make it work in a big backyard that we found. Thank you for your video that was motivating What style of wedding dress are you going for bc again I don’t know what style will go with this theme

Victoria Mbella I’m sorry you’re feeling overwhelmed! Remember that God has a plan and it will all work out. A backyard wedding sounds absolutely beautiful! I really wanted something like that but couldn’t find anything. I have two videos of me wedding dress shopping so you can get an idea ☺️

I have a question! Forgive me I’m new to your videos you may mention it, but did you plan before you were engaged? My boyfriend and I have set a date for December but we aren’t engaged yet (but he has given me to go ahead to start looking at venues). Did you plan early or would you wait until there is an actual engagement?

Yes i started planning before we were engaged because of the timeframe. Specifically I bought my dress before we were engaged because that was going to take the most time. I also considered booking a venue beforehand. Those are two things id recommend doing ASAP if you have a short time frame. I tried to plan other things, but it got too overwhelming because it felt like I was skipping over the enjoyment of engagement. I wasn't even thinking about the proposal I was only thinking about the wedding. I didn't want this, so i stopped all planning to really enjoy those special moments first.

Beatriz Solorzano they are in Arizona so rain isn’t typical however they will keep an eye on the forecast 1-2 weeks before the wedding and we’d have to make the decision to order tents
