Hey guys so I was cleaning out recently and came across some old books and papers of mine in which I wrote about how much I weighed what I had eaten etc. It just made me super sad that I spent so much of my life caring about all that crap. I didn't even really live my life because I was so focused on trying to be different.
So my message to all if someone wants to change then support them otherwise just love them. Take care lots of love and virtual hugs QK=)
