Zhongli has the most catchiest song with his trailer, I still to this day can play it in my head on loop

honestly, if alhaitham’s demo was included in this, i would not HESITATE to say that its my fav. the animations improved so much so quickly, kaveh was so expressive, and alhaitham just looked super cool man. as a side note, it made me really happy to see two of my ships just hanging out together as a big time shipper 100/10 demo!! it’s made me super excited for all future demos to come

You summed it up correctly.Zhongli's trailer actually told us what the First Contract of Liyue and him finally entering the Archon War after the destruction of his first civilization and the death of his closest companion. While Raiden is just Yae Miko introducing her and Raiden beating the shit out of everyone. Zhongli takes the W for me being one of the first characters to ever be released and the fact that they released this sick trailer at that time when they probably didn't have much budget.

zhongli's trailer is one of the oldest trailers, so had a lower budget than raiden's. What's impressive is that it still remains one of the best trailers genshin ever released, and the most viewed one. The difference for me is the way they used their budget. Raiden's trailer may have much better effects and transitions, but it was too messy towards the end(for me). however, zhongli's trailer does everything it wanted to achieve almost perfectly, and is just smooth and satisfying. You can't find fault with it. (again, for me). They used their budget at that time to it's fullest. ultimately those 2 are the best trailers imo, it all comes down to personal opinion after that

Ngl the recent demo are cool. But Zhongli's hits different for me. His trailer send the chills down my spine when I first saw it. The second made me cry cuz I love this character so much. I remember pulling for him with his song playing in the background and I literary screamed/adrenaline rush when I got him. He gave me core memory. Forever the best demo for me.

For me it is Alhaitham's. But for the choice in the video Zhongli. Simply cause the musical score is perfect for the trailer. Raiden's music is a bit too techno-japanese for me. Other than that equal footing. I have to reinstate Alhaitham's I my personal favorite.

i love all the archon demos. They are my favourite. Ei's is the most hype, nahida's is cute and fun also emotional, zhongli's is badass and iconic, venti 's definitely the older demo one but still great

Strange they included the early game and 4* character demos yet Eula, Kazuha, Kokomi and even Childe were left out. I understand Sumeru characters perhaps being too recent but I'm surprised by how many characters were missing in the demo comparisons, also all the Pyro characters (that aren't Hu Tao or Klee) got done dirty oof...

I am actually early- In my opinion the best trailer is Raidens, the music, the story is all perfection 😌✨

Personally, in terms of aesthetic and impact, Zhongli’s my fav. Musically, it’s a close fight between hu tao’s and itto’s. In terms of editing and vibe, i rlly like Alhaitham’s bc it gave us a lot of personality which made the characters present in his trailer more alive. edit: i forgot mentioning Yelan’s trailer hell that one also is up there for me

Tbh Heizou will always be my fav demo, I might be a little biased cause he’s my fav- but I like the soundtrack, how simple and fun it is, and him in general lol But Yelan’s is also amazing lol, she’s my second fav demo

Zhongli's trailer is my top fav, uncontested, bc of how his music ties so well with his trailer, especially at the beat drop. U just cannot listen to Rex Incognito without "I WILL HAVE ORDER" at the beat drop (which is why most fan remixes dont hit right for me)

Okay so I know many don’t consider Zhongli that great an archon for retiring from leading/watching over his country, but we’ve ought to consider the fact that he’s been guiding his people for 3,700 years 🥲 Always advising his people during the Rite of Descension, as well as going undercover to roam the streets of Liyue to not only admire his peoples’ works, but to also ensure Liyue’s safety and prosperity. Though that wasn’t say the best “retirement plan”, we shouldn’t factor out how well he took care of his nation beforehand All that said I feel like if Nahida (and similarly recent) trailers were included, it likely would’ve made this a lot harder, too. Cyno’s and Nahida’s are both wonderful in soundtrack and the animation is so smooth

If Raiden’s demo didn’t have the soundtrack I wouldnt be so in love with it, but the soundtrack just completes it and makes it one of the best demos. Her demo is really what made me want her

zhongli's demo is so great but it mostly gets carried by the song which is the best demo ost imo. It has quick build up, sick groove and optimum length for a trailer while Termination of Desires is kinda long. The animation isn't as good back then though so I agree that Ei's is currently the best one we have. I really like alhaitham's one recently as well. it did not really serve the purpose of selling his character to me, since when i replay it i always skip to his friendgroup part, rather than the part to show his skills xDDD in term of pure animation, it has to be my most favourite one though.
