Thank you Hannah! This is my first time seeing how hot chocolate blossoms. The latte art heart coffee amazes me, yet blossoming coffee is more animate. Dominique Ansel deserves the first place for one more reason: the barista is a perfectionist.

Enjoyed the video and it is such a coincidence that it appeared this morning because just last night for the first ti8me this winter I made my own version of sugarfree hot chocolate. While I’m sure it in no way measures up to those fabulous ones you featured, others who have to watch their sugar intake might like to try it. I put two Tbsp cocoa in half cup of water, dash of salt, bring to a boil and let it boil a minute or two, add a half cup of evaporated milk an d let that heat just to a boil. Remove from heat and add a packet or two of Equal or other artificial sweetener. Marshmallows are optional.

I want to try them! There’s a hot chocolate called Mike & Jen’s hot chocolate. It is for at home. Only three ingredients Italian, chocolate sugar cane and dry milk. It’s amazing to use at home. You can mix in water or milk. If anyone gets a chance I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed this video.
