Instead of moving the plates, u guys can make small placards with numbers and place it on the plates.

My favorites are Mumbai Murugan and Poornima, both in Fort. Good sambar and Mumbai Murugan does four chutneys, all yum.

Could you please do Best Sambar in Mumbai? I used to have a favorite restaurant in Chembur that, unfortunately, closed down recently. This restaurant had been a family favorite for generations, and I haven't found any other sambar that compares.
